Our Occupational Health & Safety Policy

1. We comply with legal requirements and other requirements which relates to OH&S and where necessary, set our own standards voluntarily to help improve OH&S of employees, contractors and visitors.

2. We identify and assess OH&S risks or potential hazards throughout our business activities and strive to either eliminate or minimize their existence.

3. We set OH&S target for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

4. We conduct audits on a regular basis to ensure continuous improvement of OH&S management systems.

5. We provide the necessary resources, organization and training; and communicate with employees, contractors and visitors with regards to appropriate matters on OH&S;

6. We consult and involve workers, and workers’ representatives in development of the OH&S management system.

All employees, contractors and visitors of Mitsui Copper Foil (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. are bound by the requirements of this policy.
